What was the highlight of EM Royalle Hotel & Beach Resort
Peaceful, Calm, and Safe but requires some improvement.
It was close to the beach and I just like the quiet and peaceful area. I like that balcony facing the beach. Pool was clean. Friendly customer service and I like how the owner was a US Air Force Veteran but never got to meet him.
The breakfast were not included while I paid more than 11k PHP. I thought there was free breakfast then there was not. The breakfast was so small and the smoke fish were not available during my stay. The pool fountains could use some repair. Rusty bathroom walls. Amenities with hygiene could at least give me a Q Tip.

Polite staff. Pet friendly. Food is okay.
It was less crowded. Staff are nice and polite. Pet friendly. Food is okay.
We booked a room with sea view and balcony but we were given a different room (still sea view but no balcony) and there were no adjustments in the room rate. No towels in the room when we arrived and we had to request for it, we only received it the next day. Additional charge for additional blankets and pillows. Refrigerator not working. Additional charge when paying via credit card. Wifi slow. Only one room keycard provided.

The resort is good except that people will not enjoy the ocean- must have dangerous undertow
Breakfast was great. We occupied the space and tables near the pool. Long table for everybody was awesome.
My family members experienced bad experience. My brother-in-law, almost got drown while helping other guest drowning in the beach as well as my brothers and nephew who went down to help him with the other guests drowning that already loss consciousness...without the aid of the fisherman the water might took them all. It was so terrible!!!!
